On-boarding Process

We stand up your instance ready for you to build your service and activities. We can start you off by going through detailed analysis of your current services and workflow and designing your workflow the way you want it.

We look at what data can be imported from your legacy systems and then transform that into the Kotahi platform leveraging our on-boarding technology.

Once we have you data in the system we then build your initial services and activities which are aligned to your workflow and / or your contracted requirements. We get all the integrations ready that you need to access to ensure the access to information is what you expect. Your team validate the workflow and the data within the system and finish up with some User Acceptance Testing.

We ensure the reporting export you require is setup by our team to ensure the requirements are met based on the sewrvices and the activities we previously built.

Once a cutover date is confirmed we get all your users on a training session followed up with a video of the demonstration and the collateral that users can use for reference.
